Article 1 (Definitions)

    2. Having a relationship that is deemed to be one in which an organized crime member, etc. controls management or is substantially involved in management.

    4. Having a relationship that is deemed to be involved in providing funds, etc., or convenience, etc. to an organized crime member, etc.
    5. Having any other relationship that should be socially criticized with an organized crime member, etc.
  2. Members promise not to engage in any of the following acts by themselves or through a third party.
    1. Violent demands
    2. Unreasonable demands that exceed legal responsibility
    3. Threatening behavior or violence in relation to transactions
    4. Spreading rumors, using fraudulent means, or using force to damage Party B’s credibility or interfere with Party B’s business
    5. Other acts equivalent to the preceding items

Article 13 (Suspension of use of specific members and cancellation of membership)

  1. If the Company determines that a specific member falls under any of the following items, the Company may suspend or terminate the use of the service by that member without prior notice. The Company shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the member as a result of this.
    1. If a member violates laws, regulations, these Terms, etc.
    2. If a member commits a fraudulent act in relation to the use of the service
    3. If it is found that the representations in the preceding Article, paragraph 1 are contrary to the facts
    4. If a member falls under any of the items in the preceding Article, paragraph 1, in violation of the commitments in the preceding Article, paragraph 1
    5. If a member commits any of the items in the preceding Article, paragraph 2, in violation of the commitments in the preceding Article, paragraph 2
    6. If the Company deems it appropriate to do so

Article 14 (Compensation for Damages)

  1. If a member intentionally or negligently causes damage to the Company, other members, or other third parties, the member is liable to compensate for the damage.
  2. If a member violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and causes damage to a third party, the member shall compensate the third party for the damage. The Company shall not be held legally liable for any damages incurred by the Member or a third party as a result of this (including, but not limited to, liability for compensation).

Article 15 (Changes, Termination, and Changes to the Service)

The Company may change or terminate all or part of the Service at its discretion without the Member’s consent. In addition, any changes or modifications to the contents of these Terms and Conditions or the specifications of the Service may only be made by prior written notice from the Company or by a notice on this website.

Article 16 (Method of Notification to Users)

The Company may notify or notify Members by email or by any other method that the Company deems appropriate. Notification by email under the preceding paragraph shall be deemed to have been received when the Company issues the notification to the Member’s registered email address.

Article 17 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan, and any legal disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court or the Fukuoka Court, depending on the amount of the claim.
